The mission of Lawrence Central Performing Arts Association is to serve the students by providing the performing arts staff the support necessary to create and maintain quality ensembles for student participation.

LCPAA takes pride in its awards and achievements, including:

•  Grand Champion Show Choir

•  Winter Guard - top five in the State

•  Marching Band State Champions - 2008

•  Concert Band State Champions - 2008, 2005

•  March Band  Bands of America National Champions - 2004, 2001

•  Symphony Orchestra State Champions - 2005, 2003
