JULY 23, 2008 -- Hello everyone!
I hope that you are excited about the upcoming 2008 Indiana State Fair! .....Orientation sessions take place on Saturday July 26th at 10am and/or Sunday July 27th at noon, and will be held in the Farm Bureau Building located at the north end of the Fairgrounds. Signs will be posted indicating where to park. .....Shift assignments are now posted in the Lawrence Central band hallway. The LCPAA is contracted to fill all the assigned slots, so it is extremely important that you arrange for a substitute if you cannot make your assigned shift. |
.....Although volunteers are not required to attend orientation, they are strongly encouraged to do so. Not only will your group be learning exactly what they will be doing at the Fair, but each individual will also receive compensation towards their performing arts account for their orientation attendance. |
