Lesson Policy
Please understand that in
order for me to teach regularly I must create room for that occupation in my
schedule. If I turn down other
opportunities/engagements in order to teach, I must be able to depend on an
income from teaching. For this
reason, my policy is strict and clear.
Furthermore, this policy will encourage
consistent practice and evaluation
TUITION
Payment is due at the
first lesson of the month for the number of lessons in the month (unless
specified otherwise). Please make
checks payable to Paul Young.
A $20.00 late charge will be assessed if
payment is not received after 4 lessons.
FEES
30 minute lesson

45 minute lesson ……………………….. $30.00
1 hour lesson …………………………... $40.00
Lessons at School:
Your tuition is buying a
specific block of time, as well as the instructor’s training and experience.
If your student misses a lesson, you must pay for the block of time that
has been scheduled for that lesson.
Unless I am responsible for the
cancellation, such occurrences will not be credited or refunded.
It is the responsibility of the student/parent to notify the instructor
of any conflicts with the lesson schedule, be it a school-sanctioned event or
holiday. A student may switch
lessons with another student if they can arrange so.
In extreme circumstances I will
make-up a missed lesson, but you must ask for one and be willing to schedule it
for after school/during the evening if necessary.
